Telekinesis denotes the paranormal ability of the mind to influence matter, time, space, or energy without the use of any currently known type of physical means. Most people think it only refers to moving objects with your mind, but as you learn how to use telekinesis you will see it goes much deeper than that.
Telekinesis is generally considered limited to the movement of matter which would include causing an object to move, shake, vibrate, spin, break, bend and to create heat or cold in an object by speeding up or slowing down the atoms an object is made of.
Every thing that moves, is moved by one form of energy or another. Thought waves are a form of energy, but they are too weak to move physical objects. What you have to do instead, is use your thought waves to control the potential energy that surrounds everything in the universe and let that energy do the grunt work.
I can hear the replies to that already; How can I use thought waves that I can't feel, to control an energy that I can't even see? Well, in the next section, I'll explain.
How to test and train your mind for Telekinesis
Most of you that are reading this wish you had telekinesis abilities, but you have been told all of your life that telekinesis does not exist. Well, not only does it exist, anyone can learn to use telekinesis. In fact, you already have telekinetic abilities, they are dormant but they can be awakened.
Concentration is the most important factor for anyone trying to learn telekinesis and the deeper you can concentrate, the easier it will be for you to develop your telekinetic abilities. So spend some time developing your ability to concentrate before you start trying to do telekinesis.
Find a quiet place to practice concentration. It needs to have a blank wall, no windows or shelfs or any other potentially distracting qualities. A soft light is best, not too bright or dark. You'll need a comfortable chair, not one that swallows you, firm but not hard. Place the chair facing the blank wall, about ten feet away from it. Directly in front of it, at eye level when seated in the chair, you'll need a dot about the size of a penny, a color that sharply contrasts with the wall, light on dark or dark on light. This is your practice area.
Sit down and focus on the spot, do not strain your eyes to look at it, just keep your eyes on the object and don't allow your mind to wander. If it does start to wander, just gently bring your mind back to focus on the chosen object.
This may sound easy, but most people can not concentrate on an object for even a full minute when they get first start training. Your goal should be to be able to keep your mind focused on the object without your mind wandering for a full 5 minutes, 10 or 15 would be much better.
The part of your brain that controls telekinesis is currently inactive, but that part of the brain is like a muscle and like any muscle, it gets stronger with exercise. So the key to developing your telekinesis abilities is to work that muscle! That part of your brain just happens to be the same part that you use to consentrate with.
Once your concentration abilities are developed, you will need an object to practice telekinesis on. Your first one will need to be something that is completely friction free. My favorite is very simple and cheap, Take a pie plate or pie pan or any pan or dish no more than two inches deep and a bottle cap off of a plastic soda bottle. Fill the dish or pan about half full of water and set it on a short table about five feet in front of your chair, it needs to be on a level close to that of your lap. Then place the cap on the surface of the water, open side up, then leave it alone until it's completely still.
As I said earlier, everything in the universe is surrounded by an energy field. Your first task will be to find that energy field, some people do better with their eyes open, others have better luck with them shut, looking with their mind's eye, you'll have to find the method that works best for you.
Once you find the energy surrounding the cap take a few moments to explore it, how it looks and feels. Now switch your focus to your own body and feel the energy field around you, does it feel and look the same? After you have a good idea of what both the energy fields feel like, use your mind to stretch your energy field out toward the energy field surrounding the cap and give it a slight nudge, either try to spin it or move it across the water, whichever you feel more comfortable with. See it with either your actual eyes or minds eye and watch the item move.
Did your item move? If the cap did not move, don't get discouraged, almost no one does it on the first try, very few people manage to move it on the hundredth time. It takes time to learn telekinesis. Just remember that you need to build your psychic muscle and that will not happen overnight. Just continue to practice and it will come. Keep in mind, you are overcoming a lifetime worth of being told you can not do it and that doesn't happen overnight. Think about it this way, just how long would it take you to go from your current physical condition to having the physique of a body builder? It can't happen overnight and could easily take a year or more of training every single day before your muscles become that finely tuned. Stick with it, don't get discouraged, it will come.
